I was a little disappointed that I felt the place needed a bit of a refurbishment, Most of the staff could do with cheering up which was quite ironic with the signage while leaving said would like you to leave with a smile !! Maybe the staff could do the same ?? (Not all staff)
I've been to many of Green kings pubs for easy meeting points to see friends and family and I do think this one has been the worst mainly the miserable staff faces .
Food as always great value for money.

Food came out cold, items missing, up on been told staff were useless, received kid size portions of the adults menu and would not recommend.

Came to this place for a Sunday meal it was horrendous our food came out cold and when we told the staff and the problems with the food they was rude about it there was missing food and portion sizes was incredible small. Would never come back again

We booked the mezzanine for a private party and it was fantastic, the service was excellent all evening. Several people used the app to order and others went to the bar, everyone’s food all came out together which was brilliant. The portions and prices were brilliant and everyone enjoyed their meals, no issues at all which is rare in most places with a large party. Some of us used the app to order drinks and the table service for them was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Don’t go for a Sunday roast it’s a sprinkle of veg and taty. Wouldn’t have ordered this if I’d have seen how it looked before. Could also tell staff waited till I went for a wee to do check backs as it was written all over my face. Probs good for a burger but if it’s Sunday dinner you’re after, better off with a tv dinner

Wow what an absolute let down. Booked the private area upstairs for my grandmothers 80th birthday, spent a lot of time doing up the balloons etc. Everyone arrived and got sat down to be told that food wasn’t being served. JOKE and embarrassing. Won’t be coming again.

Called in on a Friday morning. Not too busy. Buy one get one free burger day. 4 burger, 1 chicken wings and drinks just over £30. Pleasant atmosphere. Have been before and will go again. Pleasant atmosphere. Children's area / play area. Plenty of parking.
